By using the KRATED platform you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
The platform is operated by Krated Global Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, RC 9619431, with its registered office at 366 Murtala Muhammed Way, Yaba, Lagos.
How the model works
KRATED is a container group-buy platform. You pay upfront; your funds are held until the container fills; we then source, ship, clear, and deliver. Each batch follows the seven public stages described on the How it works page, which is incorporated by reference.
Payment + FX
Orders are billed in NGN through Paystack. The FX rate (CNY → NGN) locks at checkout, plus a 4% disclosed buffer. Your bill is fixed at that locked rate; we don't bill more later.
Refunds
Refund rights vary by batch stage; the full policy lives on the refund policy page and forms part of these terms.
Delivery + risk transfer
Risk of loss transfers to you on pickup from a Lagos hub, or on handoff to an inter-state courier of your choice. Hub-side QC happens before pickup; you have 7 days after pickup to flag damages or wrong items.
Intellectual property
The KRATED name, mark, design system, and content on this site are owned by KRATED. Product photos may include supplier-owned imagery used with permission. You may not scrape, mirror, or redistribute the platform without written permission.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, KRATED's liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost business, lost profits, etc.). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or where limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes go through the courts of Lagos State.
